Sales Tax
Being located in sunny California, Jules Setzer Associates does charge sales tax to California residents. We do not however, charge sales tax to those customers located outside of California. Each state has laws regarding internet purchases and residents are expected to comply with those laws.
Shipping
Many items at Jules Seltzer Associates have no shipping charges and are clearly marked with the words “FREE SHIPPING”. Free Shipping is for the Continental U.S. only. Shipping charges on other items will be calculated based on the total dollar amount spent on such items (see below). We regret that we are unable to ship to post office boxes.
Smaller items will be shipped by UPS or similiar company. Larger items are shipped "best way" and include:

Returns
Excluding items returned due to damage, all sales from Jules Seltzer Associates are considered final. Many of our products come with a manufacturer’s warranty and we are happy to provide such information to you. For warranty information or to report a damaged item please contact us at info@julesseltzer.com. Please inspect your items upon delivery, as claims for damaged or defective merchandise must be filed within 14 days of delivery.
